While a number of fantastic social networks for traders and investors have come up in the US – namely socialpicks.com, updown.com, zecco.com etc. and there have been some attempts to do the same in India, a credible social investing tool (that’s what I call social networks / communities for traders and investors) for the Indian market is missing. If such a tool were to exist – harnesses the ‘wisdom of the crowd’ – it would help retail investors to trade and invest more profitably.
