Peshawar: At least twenty people were killed in a blast in northwestern Pakistan on Tuesday. An explosion hit a crowd of people at a hospital in the town of Dera Ismail Khan, which adjoins Pakistan’s troubled tribal areas and has suffered several bombings in the past, police said. “The blast occurred when a number of people had gathered inside the hospital compound,” police officer Habib Khan said.
